Vampire slayers reject equal rights ruling
by Luness Zim

A recent protest gathering led by Bouffant Winters, the slayers' union activist, refutes Federation guidelines to disengage annihilation interaction with other societies. Protocol Ambassador, Zelma Flux, explains to Winters and her followers, "The growth of blood-culling societies must be allowed to develop within their territorial bounds."

Winters refutes the statement, "They are crossing the boundaries. Intermingling." The slayer recently infiltrated a clan by intimate involvement with a leader whose recent correctional chip implant renders him incapable of violence normally associated with human feeding. Winters states that "Over the past few months, rebel vampire groups have infiltrated Blood Mobiles."

Donor collection dates tripled over the past several months. When large tanks fitted to vehicle undercarriages fill, vendors turn around and resell the blood as light refreshment at clandestine group outings. Arrests show blood dealing escalates, tainted and discarded synthetic blood packs are sold to newly initiated vampires still honing their hunting skills.

An increase of break-ins at blood harvesting centres is on the rise. Winters says, "Attacks are just now being recognised. They have been ongoing for years. If only the Federation would notice the heaps of ashes, blood smears on gravestones the increase of heavily clothed people with hats and sunglasses especially during the 120 degree solar flare cycles."

Winters heads the self-proclaimed vigilantly group, Sunnyville Slayers, Inc. "We will not tolerate the slow deterioration of our infrastructure. Bleeders, haemophiliacs, slow wound healers are in jeopardy, as well as those unable to run." Ambassador Flux calls for an immediate halt to slayer activities. Winters says, "The Ambassador's demands are as legitimate as pointless stakes."
