May is medical/law month. In celebration, physicians and medical centres have opened their doors in a
unique opportunity for the free treatment of citizens unable to obtain medical care or legal aid on a
regular bases. The month-long programme will offer services performed by persons considering
volunteer careers in older basic medical approaches. Registrants who believe they have innate healing
talents, psychic abilities or have developed innovative approaches to today's medical needs will
carry out diagnosis and experimental hands-on operations.
In conjunction, 1st year law students will have an opportunity to handle judgments and argue legal
suits, if patients choose to challenge results. The fine art of medical malpractice, once allowed by
PMA, would enable students to gain 1st-hand working knowledge of this type of practice still in use
in isolated rainforest communities where only shaman offer insurance coverage. Winners of court
proceedings will be issued credits for rehabilitation. Losers will receive a set of home medical
references, an assortment of stainless steel surgical implements and do-it-yourself suture kits.
